Issa Kassis

Mr. Issa Kassis is the Mayor of the city of Ramallah. He is a financial expert, founder of Awn Factors, founder of Maalchat Digital Wallet. Between the years of 2014 – 2018, he was the GM of Palestine Investment Bank. Held several senior financial positions, Mr. Kassis served as CEO for The Palestine Mortgage and Housing Corp 2008 - 2014, Advisor and Board Member at the Palestine Monetary Authority PMA, Financial Advisor at Palestine Investment Fund for SMEs finance and affordable housing. Excelled in his career with HSBC – Jordan & Palestine during the period 1990 – 2007. Mr. Issa Kassis is married and has two daughters. He has an International Executive MBA from Kellogg / Northwestern University in Chicago – USA and an undergraduate degree in banking and finance.
