Ayşe Oruç

She graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Fisheries. She completed her master's degree at Istanbul University, Institute of Marine Sciences and Management. Her nature conservation journey, which started in 1995 at the Society for the Protection of Nature (DHKD-Associated member of WWF), has been continuing at WWF-Turkiye since 2001. She coordinates the Marine and Wildlife Program and team. She has been involved numerous scientifically based strategy development studies and projects in the civilian field regarding marine and wildlife.
