Aslı Dadak

After graduating from Istanbul Bilgi University Management of Performing Arts Programme, Aslı Dadak worked with painter Mehmet Güleryüz. After the painting education she received during this period, she moved to the cinema industry and started working as an art director. In addition to many award-winning films such as Dadak, Mavi Dalga, Karnaval and Toz Bezi, she also took part in international projects such as Skyfall: James Bond and Taken 2. She also produced the documentary Ah Gözel İstanbul (Invisible to the Eye), directed by Zeynep Dadak. She continues to work on production design and prop making in feature films and digital productions at Bas Design Studio, which she co-founded with Barış Yıkılmaz in 2012. The duo undertook the production design of shows such as Bir Başkadır (Ethos), Cici (Gorgeous), Aşk 101 (Love 101), Ben Gri and 7Yüz, which were released on digital platforms such as Netflix, Disney+ and BluTV.
