Rikke Agerholm Therkildsen

With a base in Istanbul Türkiye, I am part of a Danish government initiative: Sustainable Global Value Chains. We support responsible business conduct and due diligence initiatives around the world (Vietnam, Bangladesh, Brazil and Denmark), developing tools and workshops, as well as directly supporting the Trade Council advisors and companies. I am a dedicated supporter of the UN Global Goals and do my best to move the world in a more sustainable direction - in all areas. Partnerships, collaboration and sharing knowledge is the way forward. Before moving to Istanbul and the Ministry of foreign affairs, I was the head of the UN17 Business center in Denmark, assisting small and medium size companies integrate the 17 SDGs in their business and strategy. And prior to that I worked in multiple industries, with an increasing focus on sustainable development in the last 5 years, to this being the main focus for me.
