Cansu İlhan

She worked as a Research Assistant at Istanbul Technical University, Department of City and Regional Planning between 2013-2022. She is currently continuing her doctoral studies in Ankara. She continues her doctorate in Istanbul on alternative food systems and urban food policy. Her main research topics include eco-efficiency, urban energy efficiency, sustainable food systems, and urban food policies. Additionally, she is interested in food and nutritional anthropology and conducts research on this subject. She is a member of the Istanbul City Council, Agriculture, Food and Aquaculture Working Group.
