We will inspect the playgrounds we pass by or accompany our children daily!

Playgrounds hold a significant place in the lives of children, and these spaces must be thoughtfully designed and maintained to ensure Safety. Safety encompasses a multitude of considerations, including protective measures, the elimination of potential hazards, and the routine upkeep of playground equipment, all following TS-EN1176 standards.

Türkiye, as a member of the European Committee for Standardisation (CEN), is one of the 35 countries committed to complying with TS EN1176 playground safety standards. But do all playgrounds adhere to these safety standards? Playground safety inspectors Derya İyikul and Ege Sevinçli will conduct a narrated inspection utilizing specialized tools on Friday, October 6th, at Maçka Democracy Park!
