On the morning of October 5th, we are taking a deep dive into resilience and beyond. The aim of the session is to contribute to the understanding of planning and conducting cultural activities in cities as a subject of public policy. Speakers will delve into the theoretical foundations and conceptual definitons of cultural policies, and will also share their insights from their existing work and their views on the current state of affairs. Via this discussion, it is intented to assist local administrators and culture and arts professionals in developing long-term plans for the cultural life of their cities.
